As a Sales Debt Advisor, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, identifying clients' financial pain points, and providing tailored solutions. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve revenue goals and maintain a disciplined approach to your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
About You
Required:
- Proven sales closing experience, preferably in financial services or high-ticket B2C roles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in debt relief or lending.
