Summary
RRD is seeking a Sales Development Executive to join their team in Irvine, CA. The role involves promoting and selling the organization's products and services to achieve significant sales targets.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales leads, establishing rapport with customers, and increasing the sales/client ratio. Your daily tasks will include assessing customer needs, negotiating prices, developing long-term sales plans, and coaching less experienced sales representatives. You will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales
- Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Clear knowledge of the selling cycle with the ability to make cold calls on a daily basis
- Familiar with standard software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
