About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving lead conversion, engaging decision makers, proactive prospecting, meeting generation, outbound cold calling, needs analysis, relationship management, and CRM management. You will work closely with Account Executives to connect qualified leads and achieve monthly targets.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Prior experience with outbound cold calling over the phone.
- Strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and related technology solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in roles such as Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Inside Sales Representative, or Outbound Sales Specialist.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM software and sales enablement platforms.
