About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will leverage your tax expertise to assist customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. You will engage with the community to grow TurboTax's client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on tax advice, organizing local events, and educating clients about tax-related matters.

About You

Required:

Active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
