Summary
SECTR Partners is seeking a Sales Director to oversee the West Coast Region for large Mass, Prestige, and Indy Cosmetic brands. The role involves managing established accounts and leveraging a technical background in Cosmetic Packaging.
About the Role
As a Sales Director, you will manage and expand major accounts, proactively identify and secure new accounts, represent the company at industry tradeshows, oversee purchase orders, collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams, and maintain knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics manufacturing industry.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of sales experience across the West Coast with Mass, Prestige, and Indy brands.
- Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Packaging components (Jars, Pumps, Compacts, Tubes, and more).
