Zoomph is seeking a Sales Director to join their team in Reston, VA. The role involves locating prospective clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a specific company targeted vertical.
About the Role
As a Sales Director, you will proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, primarily through outbound self-lead generation. You will utilize prospecting skills to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, develop tailored solutions to enhance customer experiences, and collaborate with the CRO and Marketing to stay current on market trends. Your responsibilities will also include delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, overseeing sales forecasting, and ensuring support for sales administration and product development.
About You
Required:
BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Sports Marketing or equivalent.
Proven experience and success in a sales quota carrying role.
Knowledge of sales processes, self-lead generation, and persuasion principles.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS Technology and/or Data roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to articulate product value and address client concerns.
