Finastra is seeking a Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead for their U.S. Retail Lending business in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on bridging product marketing and sales enablement to drive sales success.
About the Role
As the Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead, you will develop and deliver training programs for Sales and Pre-Sales teams, create compelling content for various audiences, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and gather customer feedback to refine messaging and product development.
About You
Required:
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related roles within the U.S. banking or fintech sector.
Deep understanding of U.S. retail lending, compliance, and commercial/consumer banking workflows.
Proven ability to train and enable sales teams with a focus on practical application and measurable outcomes.
Strong experience with Salesforce and a commitment to maintaining CRM hygiene and data quality.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across departments.
