About the Role
As a Sales Enablement - Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs, creating high-impact sales content, leading sales training initiatives, measuring and optimizing enablement ROI, fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving adoption of sales technologies, conducting needs assessments, and developing a sales enablement portal. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and Sales Operations Manager to align enablement initiatives with operational processes and growth objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Technology).
- 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles within B2B SaaS, payroll, or HR tech environments.
- Proven track record building and scaling sales enablement programs that improved win rates by 15%+ and reduced ramp time by 20%+.
- Experience in content creation and management, including sales collateral aligned with buyer journeys.
- Demonstrated success in training delivery for AEs, managers, and channel partners.
- Cross-functional expertise as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- History of measuring enablement impact using metrics like adoption rates and revenue attribution.
- Experience in high-growth organizations (30%+ YoY) with a focus on people development.
- Proficiency in sales tech stacks, including Zoho One and analytics platforms.
- Advanced skills in instructional design and tools like Google Slides/PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Sales Enablement certification (e.g., from Sales Enablement Society or ATD).
- MBA or related graduate degree in Organizational Development or Business.
