Envive AI is seeking a Sales Engineer & AI Onboarding Product Manager to join their team in Seattle or New York City. The role involves engaging with enterprise sales, designing solutions, and leading customer onboarding for their AI-driven commerce platform.
About the Role
As a Sales Engineer & AI Onboarding Product Manager, you will participate in enterprise sales calls, translate customer requirements into solution designs, and support evaluations and security reviews. You will lead onboarding efforts, collaborate with engineering on implementation plans, and create documentation and workflows to enhance customer experience and reduce onboarding time.
About You
Required:
- 4 to 8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Product Management, or similar.
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, and Marketing Technology.
- Strong technical background with APIs, integrations, cloud systems, or data workflows.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical requirements.
- Ability to write SOWs, scopes, and implementation plans.
- Product management experience with onboarding or implementation flows.
- Familiarity with AI or automation products.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast moving Series A environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with LLM products, enterprise onboarding, workflow automation, or data governance.
