About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, serving as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor. Your responsibilities will include understanding the Gong platform, assisting customers with business assessments, crafting content for specific use cases, and delivering outcome-based demos. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks and support marketing activities.
About You
Required:
- Customer facing experience in a sales engineering role or a combination of sales engineering and relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience selling into Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with sales technology such as CRMs, cloud architecture, or telephony systems.
- Understanding of data flows, AI & ML concepts, and analytics.
