Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer, Global System Integrators (GSIs) to join their remote team in the United States. The role involves being the technical architect behind strategic partnerships with major GSIs, empowering them to build service practices around Cribl's platform.
About the Role
As a GSI Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical authority for GSI partners, delivering training and certifications, collaborating on solution co-innovation, leading technical validation phases of opportunities, and building deep technical relationships with Practice Leads and Solution Architects. You will also create partner assets to streamline implementation and act as the voice of the partner to the Product and Engineering teams.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture experience, with at least 2 years focused on GSI or Partner ecosystems.
- Deep technical understanding of IT Operations and Security data.
Preferred:
- Technical knowledge of Logs, Metrics, Traces as they apply to use cases like SIEM/SOAR, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, or OTEL expertise.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command the room when speaking to senior partner stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs/SDKs, and modern DevOps tooling.
- Ability to build processes from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
