About the Role
As a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for designing and delivering employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. You will utilize various methods such as cold calls and networking to identify and close new business opportunities, while also maintaining client relationships and driving account retention.
About You
Required:
3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier.
Strong customer focus with excellent listening skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and CRM systems like HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Benefits
Base salary plus commissions with potential to exceed $200,000.
