About the Role
As a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits, you will focus on selling commercial lines risk solutions and assisting clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions. You will engage in sales and marketing tactics, track activities in HubSpot, and leverage the company's broad platform to provide value to clients.
About You
Required:
Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions.
Willingness to become a trusted risk management advisor for clients.
Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment.
Preferred:
Experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker.
Familiarity with insurance agency management software like AMS360 and Epic.
Experience with sales CRM, particularly HubSpot.
Ability to build and present client pitch decks.
