About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, apply a consultative approach to identify customer needs, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. You will develop and execute territory plans, deliver clinical education, and collaborate with internal teams to support product adoption. Regular in-person engagement with healthcare providers is essential for success in this field-based role.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare sector.
Preferred:
- Experience selling clinical products to OB/GYN, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and other call points.
- Sales, clinical, or other experience in oncology or genetic testing.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in highly competitive markets.
