About the Role
As a Modernization Sales Executive, you will pursue and build relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives. Your responsibilities include designing technology solutions, collaborating with the operations team, and managing projects until completion. You will leverage your sales expertise to ensure sustainable growth for clients.
About You
Required:
5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the vertical transportation industry.
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Experience with solution selling methodologies, such as Sandler.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong customer service background.
