Propeller Industries is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team remotely. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company's market presence.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets of $3-4M+, managing the sales pipeline, and selling consultatively to understand client needs. You will leverage your network to generate referrals and work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Accurate forecasting and maintaining pipeline reporting in Salesforce are also key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in B2B sales selling professional services, consulting, or managed services to SMBs.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $3M+ quotas.
- Formal sales training in a recognized methodology (Miller Heiman Strategic/Solution Selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Sandler, or similar).
- Strong network with access to startup founders, CFOs, VCs, or PE firms.
- Sales tech proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LeadIQ (or similar prospecting and engagement tools).
- Consultative sales approach—listening first, then solving.
- Executive presence—comfortable engaging C-suite executives and investors.
- Self-starter mentality—thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Pipeline discipline—experience managing Salesforce and forecasting accurately.
