About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive revenue, strengthen sales execution, and ensure consistent performance across the team. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching the sales team, interviewing and onboarding new personnel, providing ongoing training, and maintaining team engagement through effective leadership.
About You
Required:
- One to three years of experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
- Demonstrated personal success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Preferred:
- Willingness to learn, follow, and consistently apply proven sales systems and processes.
