- At least 2 years of managerial experience or 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Special License as needed.
- Funeral Director License only in specific states.
- Demonstrated problem solving, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
