About the Role
As a Sales Operations Senior Analyst, you will monitor and analyze global pipeline health, identify gaps and opportunities, partner with Sales leaders to improve pipeline hygiene, and support forecast reviews. You will design and maintain dashboards, automate reports, and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems. Additionally, you will analyze seller productivity and provide insights into sales performance.
About You
Required:
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience building dashboards in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and funnel metrics.
- Experience automating recurring reporting and improving data quality.
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
