About the Role
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will perform consultation visits at dealerships and car rental locations, implement analysis and performance evaluations, provide detailed data on fleet management, report recommendations to clients, and maintain strong client relationships. You will also exceed sales goals and stay updated on industry trends and TSD products.
About You
Required:
- College Degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant industry sales experience in car rental, dealership, or travel
- Ability to travel 60% across the US
- Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
