About the Role
As a Sales Account Representative at Schindler, you will be responsible for aiding the Existing Installation Sales Account Managers in pursuing repair sales and new maintenance contracts. You will act as a liaison between customers and Schindler, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Your tasks will include preparing and presenting proposals, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with team members to ensure service quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
Preferred:
- Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset.
