Integrated Power Services is seeking a Sales Representative for the Central Region (Utilities) to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves selling IPS products and technical services to new and existing clients in the utility segment.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Your daily tasks will include conducting site visits, preparing competitive quotes, tracking sales opportunities using CRM software, and developing new accounts to support long-term growth. You will also need to meet or exceed sales goals and plan sales strategies based on market trends.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of sales or business development experience within utilities, power generation, or grid services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Proven track record of sales and customer service success.
Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals.
Results-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in CRM software and other technology tools for sales planning and communication.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred:

Experience in utility modernization, grid reliability, transformer rebuilds, and HV Field Services.
Ability to travel as needed.
