About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. You will receive paid training and licensing, and work in a supportive environment with no cold calls.

About You

Required:

2 years of sales/service-related work experience.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held).

Preferred:

2-3 years of sales experience.
