About the Role
As a Sales Specialist - Workforce AI, you will lead AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers, showcasing the value of Microsoft’s AI solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, build compelling business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role allows you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while contributing to a high-performance culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
- 1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Generative AI Technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture.
- Experience building AI Agents.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
