Summary
State Street is seeking a Sales Support and Proposal Manager, AVP to join their U.S. Proposals Management team in Quincy, MA. The role involves managing the end-to-end process of creating high-quality proposals and responses for institutional clients.
About the Role
As a Proposal Manager, you will coordinate and produce responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). You will provide workflow support, host kickoff calls, gain knowledge of asset classes, work with subject matter experts, proofread drafts, organize final documents, mentor junior team members, and expand the RFP database library. You will also build relationships with investment teams and collaborate on projects to improve efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 5-10 years’ experience in asset management and/or RFP writing.
- Strong communication skills and deadline-driven time management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of the Responsive RFP platform.
Preferred:
- Understanding of the asset management business and various asset classes.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Word and Excel.
