Waters Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Milford, MA. The role involves supporting internal and external customers, assisting with product recommendations, and processing customer orders and quotations.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching quote requests, processing formal bid responses, aiding with bid specifications, assisting customers with product configurations, and providing guidance to junior staff members. You will also contribute to department management tasks and partner with Contracts Administration to identify legal issues.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or a high school diploma with 3 years’ experience supporting sales orders/quotations/returns.
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting a field/sales organization, preferably with Sales Force focusing on a medical device, biotech, or high-tech product.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and work independently.
- PC Literate – familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to read and understand Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude and sense of team camaraderie.
