Summary
Republic National Distributing Company is seeking a Sales Support Rep to join their team in West Columbia, SC. The role involves collaborating with the Sales Lead to ensure proper delivery, merchandising, and pricing of orders.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Representative, you will assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays for their purchased products. You will solidify strong customer relationships, understand areas where support is needed, and provide assistance such as will calls and POS delivery. Your responsibilities will also include placing prices and descriptive signs on products, checking inventory, preparing displays, maintaining merchandising reports, and reporting competitive activity to your supervisor. This position may require working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, valid state driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.
Preferred:
- Product knowledge applicable to the wine and spirits industry.
- Experience stocking shelves and understanding how to create product displays.
