About the Role
As a Sales Technician, you will be responsible for demonstrating equipment to customers, assisting sales personnel with product descriptions, and developing extensive knowledge of Elgin products. You will also maintain equipment functionality, prepare expense reports, transport demonstration equipment, and comply with transportation regulations. Additionally, you will assist with testing and design validation, and support trade show activities.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holder with 1-3 years of driving experience.
- Customer-facing skills with the ability to deescalate concerns.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree (business or technical emphasis).
- Experience operating equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
