PTR Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves leading the customization and long-term management of the Salesforce environment to support business growth.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce projects, managing system administration and maintenance, building reports and automating tasks, providing user support and training, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce meets business needs.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, specifically as a partner to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or ADM211).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data management, and automation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
Preferred:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certification.
- Experience working in high-growth or mid-market B2B environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce suite of products and integrations.
- Knowledge of SOQL, Flow Builder, or Apex.
