About You
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience or 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience and 2 years Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
