Summary
TreviPay is seeking a Salesforce Team Lead to join their Intelligent Automation team in Overland Park, KS. The role involves designing, architecting, and delivering secure, scalable automation solutions across Salesforce and related platforms.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will oversee a team of approximately 5 Salesforce administrators and automation developers, guiding technical strategy and ensuring cross-platform automation solutions meet business needs. You will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, manage team development, drive AI technology integration, and champion Agile principles.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, and integrations.
- 2+ years leading or managing Salesforce technical teams, ideally in an Agile or Scrum setting.
- Strong software engineering background with deep experience in coding, design patterns, security, and best practices.
- Proven ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on contributions and mentorship.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience integrating AI tools and services into Salesforce and related systems.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling.
- Domain experience in B2B Order-to-Cash processes.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to CoE or governance initiatives.
- Strong foundation in modern coding languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- RPA Development experience.
