About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cultivate deep knowledge of product offerings, identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking, build relationships with clients, meet sales goals, collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
About You
Required:
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Highly organized, self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
- Professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of outside sales or territory management experience.
- Experience in packaging, janitorial, or safety product sales is a plus.
