About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
- 1-2 years of directly related experience in Sample Management or Laboratory operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment with knowledge of CLIA, GMP, ISO, or related standards.
- Willingness to work diverse shifts and overtime as required.
