Cosmo International Fragrances is seeking a Sampling Lab Assistant to join their team in Deerfield, FL. The role involves supporting the Perfumery Lab by collecting finished oils for sample applications and shipments.
About the Role
As a Sampling Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing fragrance application samples for client requests, ensuring timely preparation and shipping of customer applications, maintaining and updating inventory records, organizing and tracking sample retains and oil supplies, and supporting evaluators and perfumers by preparing required materials. You will also update monthly oil inventory tables, refill supply drawers weekly, communicate low inventory levels to supervisors, keep the lab environment clean and compliant, and perform additional duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
