- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a SaaS, Data, or AI-driven company.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level customers, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience prompting large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Background in data infrastructure, AI, or analytics platforms.
