ForgeFit is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The role involves ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of ForgeFit, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities include helping customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting, as well as tracking and resolving issues by collaborating with internal teams. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and proactively follow up on customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
About You
Required:
1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using CRM or support tools.
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Preferred:
Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment.
