About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of sanitation design in a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience and/or training in sanitation, COP systems, and chemical usage.
- Working knowledge of sanitation equipment, methods, chemicals, and manufacturing machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
