About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Knowledge of various chemicals used in the sanitation process.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute against documents such as safety rules and government regulations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of food safety and HACCP.
- Experience in managing and training teams.
- Ability to develop positive relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
