About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations.
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Prior consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients.
- Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met.
- Experience managing projects, including monitoring project issues and sound judgement for escalation.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130k–$241k.
