Summary
EY is seeking a SAP - Tech Arch - BASIS Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. The role involves leading the management and delivery of SAP solutions, focusing on user interface development and client engagement.
About the Role
As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will identify user requirements, develop user interfaces across platforms, and manage project delivery while ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage with clients, lead workstreams, and provide direction to team members, all while navigating complex SAP transformations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
- Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, including SAP Build and SAP Integration Suite.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- SAP certification(s).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in managing change effectively.
- A track record of leading teams successfully.
