About the Role
As a SAP BASIS Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, perform day-to-day SAP BASIS operations, ensure technical system readiness, troubleshoot complex issues, and design user interfaces. You will also write clean code and create specifications that support business objectives, with regular travel to meet clients.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
- Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services.
- Project experience applying SAP Active methodology.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (40-60%).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- SAP certification(s).
- Experience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong emotional agility and ability to collaborate in hybrid environments.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
