About the Role
As a Condo Attorney, you will advise and represent condominium and homeowners associations on legal matters such as drafting and enforcing governing documents, covenant enforcement, collections of dues, and overseeing compliance with statutory requirements. You will also represent associations in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, while staying updated on relevant legal changes in Florida law.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in condominium and homeowners association law.
- Strong knowledge of Florida condominium and homeowners association statutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in litigation, mediation, or arbitration involving associations.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex legal matters.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
