- Ability to forecast revenue loss risks and plan for customer needs.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining deep relationships within customer accounts.
- Undergraduate degree.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement.
- Ability to see conflict as an opportunity to find common ground.
