As a SAP Functional Solutions Architect WM Ld, you will lead cross-business unit programs, become a functional expert on A. O. Smith's business processes, and participate in the full systems development lifecycle. About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT management or business management preferred, with 5+ years related work experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience including experience as a senior business analyst and project manager.
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD).
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Continuous improvement skills including process mapping and A3 development.
- Strong relationship building skills.
