Summary
Vibotek LLC is seeking an SAP VIM Lead to join their team in Irving, TX. The role involves leading the implementation and optimization of Vendor Invoice Management processes using OpenText tools integrated with SAP FI.
About the Role
As an SAP VIM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, configuring and supporting OpenText Core Capture with Document Splitting features, and collaborating with finance and AP stakeholders to ensure process alignment. You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FI - Accounts Payable, support user training, and drive best practices across invoice automation and compliance workflows.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP and OpenText ecosystem.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM for SAP.
- Strong expertise in Core Capture and Document Splitting.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI-AP module and business processes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Retail or Consumer Goods industries.
- OpenText and/or SAP certifications.
