About the Role
As an SBA & USDA Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing credit memos, preparing closing checklists, entering loan packages into SBA systems, engaging with closing attorneys, ordering appraisals, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants. You will work closely with borrowers, guarantors, and loan officers to facilitate smooth loan closings and maintain accurate documentation.
About You
Required:
- Equivalent to a four-year college degree in accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of related experience in loan processing or a similar role.
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with SBA and USDA loan processes.
