About the Role

As a SC Excellence Strategist, you will lead and execute Supply Chain transformation initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, develop change management plans, facilitate continuous improvement activities, analyze performance data, build dashboards, support the development of the global Supply Chain transformation roadmap, prepare executive materials, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the development of standards and methodologies.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree required.
5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategy, continuous improvement, PMO, or related fields.
Demonstrated track record delivering cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level messaging.

Preferred:

Certifications in project management, LEAN/CI, or change management (PMP, Six Sigma, Prosci).
Experience with analytics and performance reporting; comfort working with large datasets.
Experience implementing LEAN or CI methodologies.
