PwC is seeking a Scale Engineering Services - Pricing Desk Senior Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves leading strategy for high-value Scaled Engineering Services deals and managing the entire pricing lifecycle.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager on the Pricing Desk, you will own the full pricing lifecycle, design strategic rate cards, craft complex pricing structures, and deliver commercial leadership for Advisory pursuits. You will influence senior decision-making, translate pricing into profitable commercial terms, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall pricing process.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, and/or executing IT engineering services in the market
- Possess IT Services, Managed Services, and/or Engineering Services experience
Preferred:
- Proven leadership in pricing strategy and financial modeling
- Demonstrating in-depth understanding of engineering services
- Mentoring junior team members in pricing capabilities
- Influencing senior stakeholders effectively
- Supporting major contract negotiations successfully
- Driving continuous improvement in pricing strategy
- Skilled in Excel and data analysis skills
- Prior experience in professional services or consulting
