As a Scheduling / Room Booking Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for room booking requests, manage scheduling systems, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing IME room reservations, monitoring communications, coordinating room changes, and providing operational support for meetings.
About You
Required:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in coordinating corporate meetings and events.
- Familiarity with AV equipment and logistics management.
