About the Role
As a Scheduling Call Center Representative, you will serve as a scheduler within the Central Scheduling Call Center, handling a high volume of incoming calls, transcribing physician orders, and scheduling patients for various services. You will communicate patient assistance tools and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior call center experience or experience in a high-volume call environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Clear, professional verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical practice setting, especially in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Associate’s Degree a plus.
